Modern Design, Hidden Hardware, Flawless Flow
Set along the Cumberland River, Peabody Union blends retail, office, and residential into one seamless experience. For this project, we installed specialty pivot hinges and concealed closers across key amenity spaces—gym, ballroom, lobby, and more.
The result? Clean sightlines, silent door movement, and hardware so discreet it’s practically invisible. Exactly the aesthetic this design-forward build called for.
19th & Church
Midtown High-Rise. Special Door Systems.
This 16-story residential tower features 383 units atop a five-level parking podium. JAM Door handled multi-phase, multi-door-type installation. All resident entry doors to back-of-house access corridor hollow metal doors.
With compressed timelines and luxury finishes on the line, we made sure every door aligned, latched, and locked to spec. On time and inspection-ready.
Hilton Canopy Suites – The Gulch
Dual-Branded Hotel. Single Standard of Excellence.
This dual-branded build by Canopy by Hilton and Homewood Suites required an install team that could deliver brand consistency without sacrificing long-term durability.
We executed full-scope installs across both hotels, including concealed-track barn doors with soft-close hardware in every suite. There were many high-traffic doors with high-aesthetic expectations we had to meet.
